closed doorsA “hold” is very common at the beginning of shows and after intermission. It is a period of time, that for the enjoyment of all patrons, respect for the action on stage and the safety of audience members and performers, no one is allowed into the theater.

For example, for a show with a long hold at the top of the show, if you are late, you and those in your party may miss 10 minutes or more of the show.

We recommend an early arrival at the theater so that you don't miss one moment of your event.
