Located near the southern end of Straz Center’s Riverwalk expanse, and fashioned inside a retro-fitted 1966 Airstream Safari Land Yacht, SIP will offer an array of cocktails and a rotating selection of local craft brews on tap, as well as smoothies, coffee, soft drinks and water.

Whether folks are here for a Broadway show, one of our free outdoor community events or just strolling along the Riverwalk, SIP promises to be a casual urban oasis with a stunning view and a cool vibe.

The Straz is one of a handful of facilities licensed by the city to provide to-go cups for alcohol. These specially-designed cups are available at SIP so that guests can take their libations with them as they explore all the Riverwalk has to offer.

Fri 2 – 9 p.m.
Sat 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Sun 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.

SIP normally operates Tuesday through Thursday from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m., Friday from 4 p.m. until 12 a.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. until 12 a.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m., weather permitting. SIP will be closed on Monday.
